Attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks/meals or order in to the dropoff location in the building lobby

“Boundless Detroit S&M Symposium”

Lunch breaks are short at Boundless. Hour and a half on Saturday and Only one hour on Sunday. Door Dash can get expensive and unless you order well in advance they can run slow. There are no walkable options for lunch in our area, not in February.

With all that in consideration we have put together a Lunch Box Meal Plan with LunchTime Detroit, a local deli that we have worked with for years, providing meals for our munch. Chef is not only a wonderful human but an excellent chef.

Meals will be made fresh for us each day and delivered to Oblige, with your selections packaged together and your name on your meal.

Attendees can select a one day meal plan ($20) or a two day meal plan ($40).

This not our typical half sandwich munch selection! It’s a FULL sandwich or Large Salad.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own meals.

Lunchbox Special 

(Whole Sandwich on Focaccia Bread, Choice of a Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Raisin Cookie , or Vegan Chocolate Chip, a bag of BetterMade Original or BBQ Chips, and a Canned Faygo Soda or 12 ox Canned Still Water.)

Tony Sacco

Salami, ham, provolone cheese, mild pepper rings, tomato, red onions, romaine lettuce and our creamy Caesar dressing.

Chicken Shawarma

Roasted spiced Chicken, Mediterranean pickles, roma tomatoes and romaine lettuce, Tahini sauce.

Vegan Sweet Potato Sandwich

Roasted Sweet Potato slices, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Roasted Red Peppers and Spring Greens.

Cherry Chicken Sandwisch

Diced chicken breast, sun-dried cherries, celery, red onions, green onions, mayonnaise with tomato and romaine lettuce

Honeycup Turkey

Smoked Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Spring Greens and Roma Tomatoes, sweet & spicy seeded mustard.

Keto Chicken Shawarma

Thin sliced marinated chicken thigh meat, cauliflower pilaf, cucumber, lemon/tahini sauce, kale slaw, crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes.

Keto Javanese Tofu (Vegan)

Baked Tofu cubes, simmered in savory Peanut sauce with mixed peppers and red onions. Served atop tossed mixed greens, kale slaw & cauliflower rice with Asian vinaigrette. Garnished with carrot, tomato & cilantro.
