This class is designed to explore the beautiful and connective art of shibari while addressing and embracing different physical limitations. Whether you’re a beginner or someone with experience, our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and adaptive space where all bodies and abilities are celebrated.

Shibari is not just about the ties—it’s about connection, creativity, and communication. In this class, we’ll focus on techniques that can be adjusted to fit your needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and enjoyment for all participants. We’ll discuss modifications for common physical limitations, such as mobility challenges, flexibility differences, and strength constraints, while emphasizing body awareness and consent
