In this class @FerventLight will focus on energy basics for BDSM including Centring, Grounding, Shielding, Breath and the movement of energy.
We are going to talk about what energy is, how to practice and build your capacity for energetic play, and how we can use energy in kink.

This class is intended to be the first in a range of energy classes to provide a foundation on which to build upon. Future classes may be Chakras, Energy Orgasms, Tantra, and  Sex Magick depending upon feedback received.
A partner is not required for this class.

@FerventLight is a Reiki II Practitioner, Level I Path of the Quadishti, Tantra Practitioner, and Energy Orgasm Enthusiast that has been in the community working with energy in BDSM for over 3.5 years. They also co-facilitate our monthly discussion munch.

All skill levels are welcome to attend -Those new to energy will experience a taste of what energy is and how it can be played with to enhance their experiences in a way that creates a space of vulnerability, intimacy, and deep connection between partners.
